56 Roft Street
After the death of her husband, Richard, Mary Elizabeth Hamer returned to Oswestry from Lancashire in 1894 with her children Mary Elizabeth, Nora and Annie J.
They live at 56 Roft Street where Mary runs a confectionary business. Her two elder daughters join her in working for the business. Her youngest daughter Annie works as a photographer’s assistant.
